Our firm has an office in San Francisco, and our file room there uses mobile shelving systems. There's something wrong with the systems and we need a reliable repairman to take a look. The problems may be simple to fix, or they may not.

In the past we've used the services of a company called Nordvik Enterprises. However, their prices have skyrocketed (in 2010 they charged us $500 for a service visit, and now are quoting $695 for the same thing; that's labor, only).

For my listserv friends in the SF area, do you have any other recommendations for this type of service?

Many thanks,
