I have to question the credibility of the blog post (and poster) below, if for no other reason than its CLEARLY political tone.  Especially disconcerting is the writer's assertation of his blog being about "perspectives on education by Philadelphia Public School teachers" when his agenda as presented is obviously quite personal.
