Don, I would be interested to hear about MSFT's plans with respect to using SP in order to eliminate Shared Drives. Is this still the vision that MSFT has for SP?

I'd be interested to hear what the long term plan for SharePoint is, particularly in regard to document and records management. That's not just 2013 release, or even the one after, but in the long term, where do MS envisage they will take SP? Will there always be a role for SP in RM or will it eventually be separated out?
In relation to development of functionality, I'm interested in hearing how MS will improve:
Integration with Outlook?
Handling physical items?
Retention of system metadata, particularly at point of capture?
What plans do MS have for reducing/ending the reliance on third-party products to undertake RM?
