Vermont State Archives opens court records for research Montpelier, VT – Secretary of State Jim Condos announced today the successful completion of the first phase of an ongoing initiative to preserve and improve access to archival court records. Orleans County court records are now open for research by the public at the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration (VSARA) in Middlesex.
