I vetted board portals in a previous position and found Diligent to be the best, especially if ease of use and iPad apps are of most importance. Only issue with iPad app is printing issue (if they want to print something). Other key with Diligent is to get the Board to go through the training.

Good Morning Everyone,
I know this is a some-what unrelated records management question, but does anyone have any recommendations on vendors who provide board portals? Our company is looking to quickly purchase a board portal solution. Some folks have recommended Diligent to us. Our board members want an easy-to-use application and most of them want to use their own iPad.
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
