Why not simply say 60 days? Is there a Georgia rule or regulation that would help with this determination? Just thinking.

I'm trying something with my security footage retention to accommodate the needs of my various business areas. This is normal course of business and not an incident in which case I agree that the footage become part of the case and is on hold for the duration . . .
So I am going to say that we will keep the footage no less than 30 days and no longer than 90 days.
Anyone who thinks this is nuts. I'm all ears.
