Okay, I give up, maybe I just need new glasses, but I cannot find the lawsuit that nearly brought Piper Aircraft, Vero Beach, Florida to its knees.  I've been to Yahoo and to Google, but no such luck.

Wasn't the accident in the 70s or 80s?

I am working on why bother with keeping good records for a corporation and want to really drill down to the meat and potatoes of the situation.....because if you don't SOMEONE could lose their job or worse, their life!
