National Archives gears up for opening in city - The Denver Post Bittner is an archivist at the National Archives and Records Administration facility, which recently moved to Broomfield from the Denver Federal Center. When move-in is complete, the new 162,000-foot facility will hold up to 750,000 cubic feet of federal records. Those historic records include anything from a bankruptcy case file for Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show to documents related to Timothy McVeigh's involvement with the Oklahoma City bombing. The rows of boxes also store letter-pressed ledgers, ornately bound books filled with court documents from the late 1800s and boxes and boxes of photos. http://bit.ly/PU4aT0 Source: http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_21472211/national-archives-gears-up-opening-city?source=rss See if people are clicking on this link: http://bit.ly/PU4aT0+ Try the bitly.com sidebar to see who is talking about a page on the web: http://bitly.com/pages/sidebar -- Peter Kurilecz CRM CA [log in to unmask] Richmond, Va http://twitter.com/RAINbyte http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/RAINbyte/ http://paper.li/RAINbyte/rainbyte http://pinterest.com/pakurilecz/archives/ http://pinterest.com/pakurilecz/records-management/ http://www.linkedin.com/in/peterakurilecz Information not relevant for my reply has been deleted to reduce the electronic footprint and to save the sanity of digest subscribers List archives at http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html Contact [log in to unmask] for assistance To unsubscribe from this list, click the below link.
