in po;icy, procedure law, web page, business publications, or presentaions,
is there a legal exposure? Maybe ARMA will be helping some of these folks
recoup their losses whether they want to or not? A lot of folks have paid
others a lot of money to get this into their work. Are we going to lose our
list history?

A follow up question, if I may: what will happen to the GARP trademark? Will it be withdrawn as of July 31, 2013?
