Northern Colorado Chapter of ARMA presents:

*WHAT KEEPS A UTILITIES RECORDS MANAGER AWAKE AT NIGHT?*
with *Komal Gulich, CRM - ARMA International President*

*Monday, October 15, 2012*
*Rawhide Energy Station* (Platte River Power Authority)
26 miles north of Fort Collins, CO

This is an expanded program - 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
11 - 12 - Rawhide Tour
12 - 12:30 Lunch (provided)
12:30 - 1:30 Program
*times are approximate to allow for tour*

$10 - ARMA Members
$15 - Non members

Komal will review how FirstEnergy's Records Management program evolved from
five separate records locations performing five different types of records
management activities into one enterprise of Records Management. She will
discuss her perspective on the benefits of being a stand alone department
that includes compliance, e-discovery, secured disposal, business
practices, records management, and more. Information on how to analyze
your current structure and leverage the findings to your benefit will also
be covered. While the examples provided will be utility specific, the *lessons
learned are useful across industries*.

Rawhide Facility Security: Please bring Photo ID; wear pants and closed
toed shoes; other safety equipment will be made available.

Go to our website to Register and pay online if you wish.
