We demonstrated full box integration to Iron Mountain's Accutrac and SafekeeperPlus (IM Connect) software for physical record transactions, such as box pickup and delivery, creating physical records and monitoring their delivery, through SharePoint 2010 at the recent ARMA Show in Chicago.  This product could be integrated to Livelink via Open Text's Application Governance and Archiving for SharePoint.  We don't believe that there is another tight integration to Iron Mountain's box management software that would enable these functions in any ECM platform, but would be very glad to know if another such product exists.  There are a few limited integrations to Iron Mountain software via FTP software that were developed in the 1990's by companies such as OmniRIM (Archive Systems) and IBM (FileNet).
