Pretty difficult to 'benchmark' business continuity.

Continuity is an aspect of your overall Disaster Planning and Risk
Management Program and is generally very specific to an organization, based
on the risks and threats you are exposed to.

Typically when you speak of continuity, you're speaking of getting a
business functional (up and running) following a disaster or emergency of
some type that results in a disruption. This could be anything from a
major power outage to a severe storm, or other natural or man-made
incident. And the effects could last from hours to months, so how long you
need to run under a 'continuity model' may differ greatly based on what
your risks are... from water damage to a server or central file room, to a
Fukushima type incident.

Depending on what information your organization needs access to immediately
to avoid a disruption in service to customers or operation of services,
equipment, or other functions, your business continuity plan is likely to
be quite different than that of others. It also depends on the scope of
your operations- if you are International, Nationwide or locally situated.
