TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a RIM Manager for their client in San Francisco, CA. This high level management position offers a competitive salary and full relocation benefits.  The RIM Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Director of RIM in revising and implementing the company's records management program including defining policies and procedures and assessing risk and compliance with regard to both paper and electronic files.  Among a variety of other duties, this position will be in a leadership role, managing a growing team of Records Analysts, providing training, and routinely working with other departments, clients and industry peers.  Demonstrated leadership and change management skills are a must!  Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in an applicable area and at least 6 years of experience in addition to mastery of standard records management best practices.
