A record is any information recorded upon any media. Do I need to repeat
this? It is RIM 101.

I am not a "warehouse" manager, although our collection of information does
involve some in several records centers. Most of our efforts are with our
clients and electronic records. Still have a lot on film, as do most
utilities. We are digitizing those into our electronic system, as budget
allows.
