I am so sorry to ask this on a Friday afternoon!

Does anyone remember the name of the litigation case where the Court asked for a list of all records which were originally responsive, including any destroyed or deleted records?  This was a few years ago.  I think I remember that this request was part of a possible spoliation investigation.  The Court wanted a list of everything which was considered but not placed on hold for whatever reason.  I am Googling and researching and so far cannot find the case.
