Interesting as one of the things we build now are portable Server Vaults.  We build the vaults inside special shipping containers so they are totally secure and inside the container is our vault.  These are then transported to a client's site or to their offsite storage company where they provide the power but the system inside the container runs autonomously.

I have two such containers in production now. 

Finally people are starting to realize that if you don't secure the server room then nothing is secure.  Accessing the internal control panels in a server room is often an unsecure portal.
