This is a clip from a German movie that has been used in thousands of parodies on a wide variety of subjects (including one on RIM). I thought the recent issue about the use of GARP would make a good subject.
(My intent is to provide entertainment to the members of the listserv, not to portray the staff at ARMA International in any derogatory way, so no offense intended - to anyone.) 
(Although I'm not real happy about the choice of "The Principles" as a replacement.)
