New Jersey Fast Tracks Employer Social Media Bill | InfoLawGroup
If enacted, New Jersey’s
law<http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2012/Bills/A3000/2878_S1.PDF>would
also preclude employers from asking if an employee or prospective
employee even has a social media account. And, any agreement to waive this
protection would be deemed void pursuant to the law.
