Some versions of limits of liability and coverage for loss and damage that
have been discussed over many years include:


·    coverage of $5 per carton, for digital media the value of the cost to
replace the media (excluding contents on the media),

·    costs arising out of indemnification obligations not to exceed fees
paid by customer for services in preceding 12 months

·    for wilful breach: $200K coverage for single data security breach
(confidentiality breach) with a cap of $400K for all breaches during term
of contract

·    no liability for  indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
punitive, exemplary or similar such losses or damages
