Open Retention Manager is used for records retention policy management and has 
a snapshot feature that let's users publish a production copy of their schedule to 
their intranet so that the records management team can move on and work on 
the next iteration of the schedule. 

One of our customers built a useful report using our snapshot system. The report 
is essentially a delta report that is posted to the intranet alongside the latest 
retention schedule snapshot. When its generated, it automatically detects the 
changes between the old retention schedule snapshot and the new one. It's 
helpful because each row in the report describes every change that has occurred 
since the last published schedule.
