Like many/most of these "surveys", the lack of demographic data calls all
of the posted results into question.

How many participants?
Were they given "N/A" or "Don't Know" as an option for a response?
What Industry segments were they from?
How robust is their RM Program?
What is the mix of physical to electronic records in their repositories?
How old is the company?
Are they operating in one location, across many States, or Internationally?
Are records stored centrally or in a distributed manner?

These and many other factors heavily influence the value of the data
presented and its viability to be considered for benchmarking in anyone's
specific scenarios.
