Could be the quote of the year: 

"In 'Indiana Jones,' that scene where he walks into the warehouse and there's 
just boxes of stuff? We had that at this site before that movie was made," 
Zurcher testified. 

"The roof was leaking, things were water damaged, there were rats and all 
kinds of vermin in there. It was an absolute nightmare, and a lot of records 
got tossed."

Zurcher said such circumstances are not at all exceptional. 

"They are very, very common."
