Using GRS 20 to Schedule Electronic Systems - YouTube
General Records Schedule (GRS) 20 provides disposition authority for
certain electronic record records, electronic systems, and related hard
copy records. The GRS Team has developed answers to some frequently asked
questions about how to use GRS 20 to schedule electronic systems.

For example, how do you apply GRS 20 to system input records? What are
electronic system master files? How can I use GRS 20 to schedule these
master files? What kind of output records may be produced from electronic
systems? Which ones are covered by GRS 20 and which are not?
