Hey everyone,
FULL DISCLOSURE: I am a PR guy for Iron Mountain.

Following this thread, I've been thinking that -- with this being RIM Month
-- of asking RM pros what advice they would give new graduates as they begin
their records management careers.

With so many RM pros on this ListServ, I thought that you might want to
offer some advice. If we get enough replies, I was thinking of taking them
to a publication or an industry outlet to publish at the end of April.

Let me know if you'd like to participate and share some of your advice -
