Greetings RIM Friends in Listserve Land!

Early registration discount has been extended to April 3, 2013 for the ARMA Houston 2013 Conference April 23-24 at the Norris Center, Houston CityCentre!  This two-day event offers sessions on an array of subjects of interest to information management stake-holders at all levels of the profession. The sessions will be relevant, engaging and focused on the following subjects: RIM Essentials, E Records, Management Skills, Case Studies and Professional Development.  CRM & CIP credit will be awarded to attendees.

The Norris Houston/CityCentre venue is located near the corner of IH-10 West and Beltway 8, next to Studio Movie Grill. Complimentary parking is available in the attached parking garage. Located within the CityCentre development, this venue offers overnight accommodations via Hotel Sorella, connected to Norris via a sky bridge. CityCentre is Houston's hip new Mecca for hot retail shops, upscale dining and more!
Be prepared for a rewarding experience and some fun Tuesday evening at a networking event in the Hotel Sorella's Monnalisa Lounge.   Immediately following the last session on Tuesday, April 23rd, there will be a Vendor Social beginning in the exhibit hall for door prize drawings. The social will then proceed to the Monnalisa Lounge for hors d'oeuvres, beverages and more door prizes!

During the Conference, attendees and exhibitors are welcome to a shopping extravaganza at the ALHEF Silent Auction. All proceeds go to the Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund (ALHEF).
The April Monthly meeting will be held in conjunction with the Conference; the April Chapter Luncheon presenter is Laura Morales - "Are we communicating or confusicating?"
