We usually only keep the most current version of our emergency response plans.  The exception is if we have damage from an incident (such as a hurricane or violent storm) and need to apply for FEMA funding.  We hold on to the pertinent plan until we receive the funding and the audit is completed - sometimes several years after the incident.

I just have a question regarding the retention of old versions of Business Continuity Plans. Do you retain all versions of the plan or just the most current version.
