Dear Hugh,

Thank you for inserting some humor into this. I hope it doesn't show, but I
get so worked up by all the ignorant articles on #InfoGov and Defensible
Disposition. I don't know if you've run across CGOC https://www.cgoc.com/
that has a "faculty" that claims to be inventing IG. It's basically a bunch
of lawyers who all claim to do retention schedules and policies and
procedures, which all of us have to fix--at less than a quarter of the
resources because they don't know how to create an appropriate taxonomy or
treat the documents as assets, not just risks.

I'm doing my best to get the word out there that records managers rock and
that we know what we are doing!
