My recommendation..... Be a bit patient with the navigation. It took me a bit of time to figure how how to get to: (1) chapters, regions and the leaders in each, (2) the membership directory - easy to get to, but i was more accustomed to the OLD way, I would say that the search feature still isn't all that great. However, the page does appear greatly updated and less cluttered.
