Records Operations Manager - San Francisco, CA

A Leading Management Consulting firm is seeking a Records Operations Manager to oversee and manage Office Services and Records function for a large San Francisco office. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organization and lead a winning team. This position will play a critical role in revamping the Records Management and Office Services Department. Duties include overall management of department including but not limited to developing policies and procedures, overseeing electronic records system and all departmental applications, managing budgets, conducting cost benefit analysis, training/mentoring large records and offices team and ensuring top quality service to the client. Firm is looking for a driven individual who is strong technically and strives for excellence. Must be forward thinking and mindful of Best Practices. Management functions include, hiring, training, facilitating organization development, developing and delivering performance evaluations, and cultivating a collaborative, team oriented environment.
