BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County Comptroller Stefan Mychajliw says
carelessness put sensitive information at risk for hundreds of people.

The old records contained all sorts of different things. Mychajliw, whose
office is conducting an audit of the Department of Social Services, calls
it a security breah.
