Ha! Ha! Nice try. I read Dan Brown's Inferno and Lost Symbol on vacation. My
experience with lean comes from working with an aerospace industry global VP
of audit and lean manufacturing and his team for the past seven years. 

I would still love to hear from anyone who has actually read the blog post
and is interested in getting out the word that records management is the
place to start with information governance. Please do not let the flaming
critiques of others on this listserv, dissuade you from contributing to a
very important conversation.
