Thanks for this article!  I got a call about a month ago from their HR office about scanning paper records, but that's all.  They don't participate in our records management program (we get half of the $1 fee participating counties collect), even though as a Memphis suburb they rake in the money.  
 
I'm going to send some emails and maybe a phone call, too!
