This is what is known as a trigger event in the ERMS world. Just as SteveW
hates paper I hate all retentions that begin with ACT. There is always some
event that can be relied upon to trigger disposition. examples would be
Contract expired/terminated/cancelled
Termination of employment
project completed
yada yada yada

just converting to straight numbers does not tell the user anything unless
you are saying that disposition starts after the end of of the year
(examples would be Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
