Firmwide Records Manager - Philadelphia, PA - National Law Firm
The RIM Manager is responsible for the Firm's records management program and staff; including planning, directing, policy, budget, technology, physical design, training, and organizational initiatives. This position requires someone that is a thought leader in RIM strategy and implementation; a person that can develop and lead firm wide plans, has strong managerial skills, hands-on experience with retention schedules, electronic records and RIM technology applications. This position will be responsible for a large records staff including management of national operations. Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a RIM program required with 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
