TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Business Development Director for its Houston, TX office. This position has active involvement in all facets of a direct-hire and temporary placement business specializing in records management and library staffing. As the business development leader of our direct-hire and temporary business development initiatives, you will plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in the placements of records management and library professionals. Client activities include prospecting, performing cold calls, client development, new account management, providing customer service to clients, and taking a positive, proactive position in corporate partnering.

We are searching for candidates with a strong desire to achieve professional and financial success, and the willingness to work hard to achieve such success. Prior business development or staffing experience a plus but not required. We offer a base salary with a very generous commission structure that allows your earnings to be unlimited. Our benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, transportation benefits, 401K and profit-sharing plans, and an employee wellness program.
