this one has been around for a couple of years, and doesn't seem to be
tapering off. My wife, for her home-based business, gets about four calls a
week, sometimes four a day, claiming to be from Microsoft, and claiming
that they are receiving error messages from her computer. My 94 year old
mum got a call too, and managed to string the caller along for about 20
minutes before telling him she didn't actually have a computer.
Everyone needs a mother like that!
