I couldn't agree more with Tyrene's statement:

	Don't be afraid to think "outside the box" for a solution that is not "off-the-shelf."  I believe there is much room for innovation.

I recently finished teaching and introductory course to RIM for Bay Path college's program Communication & Information Management program. One of the ideas that I stressed to the students is that all companies are different and therefore all RIM programs are different.  You might find useful ideas in another's program but they must be adjusted to fit the company you currently work in.
