Hi everyone

My name is Meg Duncan.

I'm a transplanted southerner living in New England. I grew up in North Carolina with Bostonian parents (smile).

I've been in the records industry for many years (20+) and have recently celebrated 10 years here at Fidelity. My current focus is a support function helping people with records management issues and training people. I look forward to everyone's posts.  I was part of  the listserve many years ago, but withdrew and only viewed the archives.  While the archives is good, there is nothing better than hearing the insights "live".
