Welcome to the Listserve! I saw your introduction last week and meant to reach out to you since our backgrounds are similar.  I am the project manager for a new RIM program, which includes the implementation of a SharePoint 2013 enterprise wide document/records management system.   I am new to the records management field.  

I am happy to share whatever we have.   Here is our Destruction Procedure.  Let me know if you don't get the attachment.
Again, I'm new to this area and we certainly haven't implemented this Procedure.  You can see it's fairly long (and involved)...   
Also, we don't have our Records Coordinator program in place yet.  Congrats, it sounds like you do!!! 

Maybe we can chat next week about PM for the EDRMS you implemented...  or any other things you've done that are working well!
