I am interested in exploring the topic of interactive training, and noticed that ARMA offers a webinar on that topic - "Developing an Interactive RIM Training Program," facilitated by Karon Teague.

Has anyone taken the webinar? If so, does it provide a good overview of the topic, as well as drill down to some specific examples for RIM? Any other suggestions as to resources on this topic?
