Connie, isn't it true that if you appropriate dispose of records/information that has met retention, AND there is no pending litigation, that you will NOT get in trouble with the regulators or others?

In my humble (and personal) opinion, it's best to be consistent.  That business plan provides a correct lifecycle for information management, right?
