BATON ROUGE -- A Baton Rouge judge has sent sheriff's deputies to Louisiana
State to seize records related to the Board of Supervisors' search for a
new president/chancellor.

District Judge Janice Clark issued the order this morning after the board
has repeatedly ignored her order to supply newspapers in Baton Rouge and
New Orleans the names of applicants for the top job at LSU.
