Hugh,
I am surprised they don't have a Registered Health Information
Administrator (RHIA) - that may be function of their size. That being said
I would suggest they reach out to the local AHIMA chapter (
http://www.ahima.org/). When I worked for a home healthcare company a few
years ago I found AHIMA's resources to be extremely helpful for healthcare
recordkeeping issues.
