As anybody with a television or newspaper (or internet) access knows, Boulder County has had massive flooding over the past 10 days. Below is a link to a Youtube video prepared by my bosses, the Board of County Commissioners (by the way - this is only the second all-female Board in the history of Colorado.) I've noticed with past disasters, that Records Management gets hit hardest once the recovery phase is reached, so my hard time is coming. On the other hand, what I have seen of the response from my co-workers throughout the county makes me very proud that I chose a career in public service.
