David --

Thanks for posting this! I will forward home (I have never got around to requesting YouTube access here at work -- it's blocked by default to conserve bandwidth). I have been wondering how my colleagues were hit. I know if something similar happened here, I would be pressed into service, issued rubber boots, safety vest and a shovel. I wish you all the best.

I have been watching the Front Range flooding situation closely from afar. I have two sister/brother-in-laws in Estes Park, and my wife and I are looking at Longmont as a possible Retirement location. I have been quite favorably impressed with the EM response by Front Range cities and counties. Longmont in particular seemed to have been prepared and had its act together -- I thought the separate, spare EM site (www.longmontoem.com) has been particularly effective posting notices, updates and even videos assessing infrastructure status.
