Thanks everyone for your feedback.  I have confirmed that our on-site
shredder can handle the DVDs, USBs, etc. so we will collect them without
requiring employees to wipe these items before placing them in the locked
bins.  I will document this deviation from the policy in our clean-up day
procedure and update the policy during the next review cycle.  I appreciate
all of the great comments and input!!
