As a Records and Information professional what will your job be like when the lights go out? As companies shred employees, keeping just the essential people, offices shrinking, people working remotely and many processes being outsourced what will our role be?
What are we doing as a profession to adjust to this change?
What are you doing personally to adjust? (for me planning retirement)
That's it, lights out. Just remember that motel 6 is around the corner and they'll leave the lights on for you.
