AC2013: Only 24 hours remain to register at the early bird rate!
Organised jointly by the International Council on Archives and the archives of the Kingdom of Belgium, the first Annual Conference of ICA will take place on the 23rd and 24th November 2013 in Brussels.
More than 50 archival specialists from around the globe will debate the conference's theme: 'Accountability, Transparency and Access to Information.'. The entire conference will be translated into English, French and Spanish!

On the 24 November, Jon Garde, a market specialist and consultant in information governance, records management and archives, author of the MoReq2010 specification, defining modular requirements for records systems, will update the conference on the DLM Forum's current activities and future plans. The DLM Forum is an association sponsored by the European Commission active in Archives, Records Management and Information Governance. It is a unique forum that draws its members from across all parts of the industry, including the national archives of European member states and other public bodies, private sector organisations, consultants, practitioners and large and small vendor organisations. Although it is European-based the DLM Forum attracts both local and global membership (many of its archival members are also members of the ICA).
