I'm not too worried about being shredded. The county doesn't have a shredder big enough to get me into. Being government, my position is safer than those in private industry, but I've seen my department go from 3 people to 1 person and now back to 1 1/2. At least I'm back heading in the right direction again.

> What are you doing personally to adjust? (for me planning retirement)
What we should be doing - educating the bosses about how we really are needed, as well as transitioning ourselves away from managing paper and toward managing all records regardless of format.
And yes, I'm counting the days to retirement myself. 4 years, 361 days.
