Many ARMA chapters have CRM study groups that focus on the content of Parts 1-5.  If your local chapter does not, speak with a CRM in your chapter about starting one.  The prep workshops focus on the format of the tests and tips for taking the tests, not on test content.  While the exam outline may be reviewed, the workshops do not go into any detail about test content.
